Settings Are the Commissioner's

Quarter length, difficulty, game style, fatigue, injuries, quarter-time-of-day and the rest of the sliders are your commissioner's to set for the whole league. They will be posted where your league keeps its settings. Load in on the league's settings every game — a game played on the wrong quarter length or the wrong difficulty is not a valid result, and it may be replayed.

The Tip-Off Card lists the common comp-league standards for reference; your league's posted settings override anything printed there or here.
