Seeding & Format

The playoffs are where the regular season pays off. This league keeps the format flexible so your commissioner can run the postseason your league voted for.

• Seeds come from the final standings. The regular-season record — the games you played and logged — sets who is in and where they sit. This is one more reason to play your full slate: the standings decide the bracket.
• The commissioner sets and can override the format — how many teams make it, the bracket, series lengths, any play-in — and can correct a seed when a standings quirk (an unplayed game, a disputed result) misrepresents who actually earned it. Overrides are announced, not quiet.
• The specifics of your league's bracket are posted by your commissioner before the postseason begins. Watch the announcements.
