The Open Schedule — No Weeks
This league does not run on weeks. Your season is a fixed set of games — your commissioner sets the length at 29, 58 or 82 games when the league is onboarded, and it does not change after that. Everyone plays their full slate; there is no calendar week forcing a specific matchup on a specific day.
That means two things:
- Play your games in any order you and your opponents can arrange. The slate is the list of matchups you owe; nothing dictates which one comes first.
- Progress is measured in games played, not weeks elapsed. Standings, pacing and everything else read your game count. "Game 12" is a real thing in this league; "Week 12" is not.
The game count is locked for the life of the league. Changing from a 29-game to an 82-game season is not a settings tweak — it is restarting the league. Your Legacy Points carry over to the new one, but the old season does not resume. Pick the length you can actually finish before you start.
